This pair of pliers is designed for extremely small split rings. It also has a feature called "Kokkun", which enables you to open up a split ring and help keep it in place even if you put off your hands from the ring while doing other things. (This pair of split ring pliers is suitable for attaching Size 1 & 2 rings.) This split ring piers can be used for Size 0 split rings if you attach them in a conventional way. This pair of pliers is recommended in terms of size for light fishing for trout, horse mackerel, rockfish and the like.
